The Hogan Assessment Certification Seminar consists of both theoretical and practical components designed to examine:

The seminar enhances each participant’s interpretive skills through advanced case studies, applied feedback, and coaching.

Participants will conduct detailed interpretation and analysis of assessment results.
Participants will give comprehensive feedback on the HPI, HDS, and MVPI in group and individual settings.
Participants will learn best practices concerning assessment use and interpretation.
Participants attending both days and successfully completing the seminar and the post – course assignment will be certified to use the Hogan inventories.
