The award ceremony for the October 2024 edition will take place on the 31st of October 2024 at the Headquarters of the Legal, Economic, and Administrative Sciences Faculty Craiova of the Spritu Haret University on Vasile Conta Street No. 4 Craiova, room 400, floor 4, beginning with 7 PM. The entry is based on invitations.

 At the event itself, the winners will be announced, and the certificates and trophies will be handed to the winners. While the awards are being announced, the trailers of the winning films will be played. For those who cannot participate in person, the trophies will be delivered through post.

 Between October 20th and October 30th 2024, all selected films will be screened every day, beginning with 12 in the afternoon to 11 in the evening in room 400, floor 4. The entry for the public is free.

 The festival has 8 main sponsors and over 40 volunteer students from the Spiru Haret University who assure the assistance of those who come regarding accommodation, city tours, museums, touristic information, etc.

 The Executive Director of the festival is the  Ph. D. Professor Gheorghe Mihail (Spiru Haret University), who is also a member of the Writers Union from Romania, and he is a very important figure of the jury regarding the judging of the scripts of the films.

 Before and after the event, the organisers will publish in the media announcements and the festival poster for the October 2024 edition.
